To qualify for permanent residence, applicants must invest EUR 300,000 (plus VAT) in one of the following categories:
Real Estate

Cyprus-Registered Company
Invest in a company registered and operating in Cyprus, employing at least five people.
Collective Investments
Invest in units of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
Additionally, applicants must demonstrate a secured annual income of at least EUR 50,000 derived from abroad. For dependents, an extra EUR 15,000 for a spouse and EUR 10,000 per child is required.
