Procedures for Panama Golden Visa:

Applicants must submit completed forms, the appropriate fees, and supporting documents (such as proof of investment funds). Depending on the chosen investment option, additional documents like certificates from the Panama Public Registry, Securities House, or Stock Exchange may be required.

After initial due diligence checks, applications may be submitted. Upon approval, residence permits are issued immediately for Qualified and Forestry Investor routes and after two years for the Friendly Nations route.

Panamanian Citizenship:

Successful applicants can apply for Panamanian citizenship after five years of residence. Citizens of some Latin American countries and Spain may apply after one to three years.
